Motor Show Delbecq Motos Luxembourg will honour 100 years of BMW motorcycles

An event such as the International Motor Show Luxembourg provides the ideal opportunity to celebrate an anniversary. Especially if it is as prestigious as the centenary of BMW motorcycles! It was in fact in the Fall of 1923 that Max Fritz unveiled the Bavarian brand's first motorcycle, the R 32, at the German motor show. Very quickly, BMW Motorrad distinguished itself by the sporting quality of its achievements, which over time have remained at the cutting edge of technology.

Delbecq Motos Luxembourg, located in Moutfort, will welcome visitors to the International Motor Show on a 150 m² stand which will retrace the history of BMW on two wheels. “The objective is clearly to bring together a century of history, through iconic models of the brand”, comments Yohan Beaugeon, manager of Delbecq Motos Luxembourg. “On display will be an R69S, an R65, an R75/5, an R90S, as well as an updated R100 RT. These various examples of a century of BMW motorbikes will be joined by the entire current range, crowned by the M 1000 RR competition, a machine brought by the team of Werner Daemen.”

Leader of the motorcycle market in the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg, BMW offers a variety of riding pleasures, to seduce and satisfy an ever-younger clientele. “The current BMW range covers all driving licenses and all engine sizes”, Yohan Beaugeon continues. “There is the G 310 R for example, as light as it is agile, but also the CE02 electric scooter, whose performance is equivalent to a 125cc thermal engine, and which can be driven from the age of 16, with an AM license. In short, BMW Motorrad continues to move forward, which we will demonstrate throughout the International Motor Show Luxembourg.”

A rich past, a more than ever eclectic present and a future already in motion: BMW Delbecq Motos Luxembourg is ready to hit the headlines in the LuxExpo halls.
